Scott Smillie, a registered social worker, has an undeniable history of success in his field. After years of work in social services, program development, research, family support, and mental health, Scott decided to bring his expertise to the private sector – to help individuals and families struggling with addiction, mental health, and trauma.

Scott has a strong set of values and a personal mission to help others find their purpose. His strength lies in developing strategies alongside his clients that set a new path to help them improve their lives and their relationships. He believes in the value of every individual regardless of gender, sexual identity, culture, age, race, ability, or life choices.

Drawing on 35+ Years of Experience

Scott draws upon an inclusive and informed world-view to his counselling approach that is rare to find in the field of private social services. His strength and wisdom comes from drawing on his vast experience working in a variety of places and with a wide demographic of people. Scott, a counsellor, professor, public speaker, and non-profit co-founder, has been a part of more than 26 social committees and networks and has collaboratively developed over 18 different social programs.
